As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Deep Coach, Internal Family Systems (IFS) coach, and communication consultant, my mission is to empower others to activate their best.

I work with people who want to transform themselves, teams, or organizations. Combining my twenty-five years of communication, change management, and marketing expertise with my natural curiosity about the wiring of people’s minds and human behavior,

I provide a fresh perspective and an integrated way to turn insight into action.

My experience has spanned from entrepreneurial settings to large, complex organizations throughout my career in the U.S. and Germany. I’ve worked in several fields, such as healthcare, industry, retail, and telecommunications, and across many disciplines, such as IT, logistics, quality, R&D, and sales. Each assignment has provided me with profound learnings in human behavior and an appreciation for the power of diversity and inclusion.

During my 16-year career at Siemens, I advanced eight times, working in various marketing, communication, and change management assignments. Since 2019, I’ve worked with numerous individuals and corporations.

I received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and a Master’s in Public and Corporate Communication. I hold a Change Management and Project Management (PMP) certification, and I’m an accredited member of the International Coaching Federation. Also, I hold an IFS Institute’s Level 1 certificate and am a member of their Continuity Program. Recently, I was named by Influence Digest as one of Tampa’s Top 15 Coaches.

As a lifelong student, certified professional coach, and consultant, activating the best in others through self-leadership, interpersonal relations, and team dynamics are passions of mine. My learnings from Quantum Human Design have been life-changing and centered on boosting my intuitive capacity and reshaping my narrative.
